Advantages of eurolaser machines for your production
Why eurolaser is the perfect choice for you
Expertise and many years of experience
Our experts will work together with you to develop the optimal machine configuration and determine the best possible processing parameters for your application to achieve maximum output. The many setting and adjustment options in the software and hardware make your eurolaser machine the most flexible laser cutter on the market.
Highest reliability
We purposely rely on the outstanding quality of the specialist Zünd Systemtechnik AG from Switzerland and use the motion system of the global market leader. This allows you to benefit from the expertise gained from approximately 30,000 field-proven flatbed cutters and excellent repeat accuracy. Even if you produce around the clock (24/7), in 2 or 3 shifts, you can rely on our reliable technology.
Future-proof thanks to open interface
Automation, connectivity and smart solutions for process networking, service and maintenance are fundamental prerequisites for tomorrow's production and success. That is why we consistently work with open interfaces and continuously develop our software and hardware.
Scalable machine concept
Stay up to date with the latest technology and save money with our modular eurolaser system components and expandable assemblies. For example, upgrades to more powerful laser sources are possible even after purchase.
Automation for increased productivity
There are numerous automation options available to ensure efficient use of your laser machine and optimal integration into your production process.
Maximum flexibility for every application
Expand your processing and material options without expensive additional investments by using tool options on your eurolaser machine in parallel with the laser. Sophisticated eurolaser solutions and the entire high-quality range of tools from Zünd are available to you.
High-quality CO₂ lasers
eurolaser uses laser beam sources from market leaders Synrad and Luxinar. The CO₂ laser is the heart of our laser machines and contributes significantly to the efficiency and precision of laser processing. The sealed-off CO₂ lasers used by eurolaser are durable and almost maintenance-free. Laser outputs of up to 650 W are available.
Platform-independent software
You can work independently of software and without licences, as our laser machines can be controlled using conventional PCs. No additional machine software is required. You can process almost all standard CAD and graphic data formats and use workflow management from design to production.
Reliable and durable thanks to high quality
High-quality components guarantee reliability, high durability and ensure a positive price-performance ratio for your investment. Sophisticated protective functions for drives and guides maintain the high quality. You benefit from low failure rates and the good availability of spare parts.
Unique variety of table sizes
eurolaser offers you a range of table sizes that is unique on the market. Our laser machines are suitable for all standard plate, roll and sheet formats. Even large-format materials can be processed in one piece.
Efficient and safe ergonomics
The freely accessible working area allows you to load and unload quickly. Operation is simple and safe at the same time. Our comprehensive and practical safety concept combines maximum machine and operational safety with effective utilisation.
Perfect cut and filtered exhaust air
With our smart 360° extraction and material suction technology, you'll always get the best cutting quality and work safely and efficiently. We remove smoke emissions right where they come from – directly above and below the cutting gap. This isn't just key for the quality of your cutting results, but with the right filter units, it's also an important part of workplace and environmental safety. With eurolaser filter systems, we also comply with strict environmental regulations and ensure filtered, clean exhaust air at the end of your cutting process. Approved even for residential mixed-use areas!
Advantages of laser technology in material processing
Why lasers are the right tool
Contact-free machining
Your material is cut without contact, so there is no breakage, material distortion or crushing. Loading is very simple and there is no need to fix the workpieces in position.
High precision without tool radius
Laser processing is carried out with the highest precision, even very filigree details are cut exactly. Since the laser beam itself is extremely thin (approx. 0.2-0.3 mm), you can also cut inner contours radius-free, without taking the tool diameter into account. There are no overlaps when changing direction.
Consistently high cutting quality
Unlike other machining processes, the laser does not become blunt over time. The quality of your cuts remains consistently high for years, from the first to the last workpiece.
No tool changes
As the laser is subject to almost no wear, tool changes are not necessary. Tool and maintenance costs as well as downtime for your production plant are minimal.
Chip-free machining
Contact-free machining prevents the formation of chips and dust, significantly reducing your cleaning effort. There is no more contamination on your workpieces or the machine.
No tool cleaning
The laser saves you the time needed to sharpen or clean tools. Even with difficult applications, such as strongly adhesive films, no adhesive residue sticks to the tool.
Perfect cut edges without reworking
The laser's thermal cutting process is very advantageous in many applications. Fray-free, slightly fused cut edges on synthetic textiles (cut & seal), sealed multi-layer films or crystal-clear, smooth cut edges in acrylic are just a few examples.
Very flexible contour adjustment
You can quickly and easily adjust contour changes in the software and output them directly to your laser. Expensive, time-consuming tool production and storage, such as for punching dies, is completely eliminated.
Optimised process costs
You can use the parts produced by the laser immediately after processing, without having to consider any further processing steps (such as drying processes in water jet cutting).
