La­ser­Scout PLAN­NER is the soft­ware mo­dule for re­a­lis­tic and re­li­a­ble time cal­cu­la­tion of your la­ser cut­ting pro­cess­es. Ba­sed on spe­ci­fic cut­ting da­ta, PLAN­NER de­ter­mines the ex­pec­ted pro­cess­ing time and cre­a­tes trans­pa­ren­cy in plan­ning, quo­ta­tion and pro­duc­tion. Mis­cal­cu­la­tions are re­du­ced, pro­cess­es be­come ea­si­er to com­pare and de­ci­sions more re­li­a­ble.

Mil­li­me­tre-ac­cu­ra­te cuts with­out da­ma­ging the car­ri­er ma­te­ri­al – this is kiss cut­ting per­fec­ted. On­ly the top ma­te­ri­al lay­er is clean­ly se­pa­ra­ted, while the un­der­ly­ing lay­ers re­main in­tact. The la­ser tru­ly shows its strengths par­ti­cu­lar­ly when pro­cess­ing self-ad­he­si­ve films: non-con­tact, clean and high­ly pre­ci­se. This is made pos­si­ble by the ex­act fi­ne ad­just­ment of la­ser pow­er and pro­cess­ing speed – in­di­vi­du­al­ly tai­lo­red to each ma­te­ri­al. From la­bels to pro­tec­ti­ve films for the e­lec­tro­nics in­dus­try, the ran­ge of ap­pli­ca­tions is wide.

In­lays made from fi­ne wood add cha­rac­ter and e­le­gan­ce to in­te­ri­ors. Es­pe­ci­al­ly for ex­clu­si­ve par­quet floo­ring, e­ve­ry de­tail mat­ters – a per­fect ap­pli­ca­tion for non-con­tact la­ser pro­cess­ing. With eu­ro­la­ser sys­tems, the fi­nest or­na­ments, lo­gos or let­te­ring can be pro­du­ced with mil­li­me­tre pre­ci­si­on and with­out ma­te­ri­al loss. The be­ne­fits: ra­di­us-free in­ter­nal con­tours, no post-pro­cess­ing, mi­ni­mal was­te. Par­ti­cu­lar­ly when work­ing with high-va­lue woods, this me­ans top qua­li­ty with ma­xi­mum ef­fi­ci­en­cy.
