By combining a high-resolution camera with intelligent evaluation software, POSITION+ enables a precise target-actual comparison of the print data. Cutting contours can be automatically adjusted to compensate for any deviations – individually tailored to your requirements. This ensures maximum precision and consistently high product quality.

The POSITION+ optical recognition system captures the exact position of your workpiece before machining – reliably and fully automatically. The camera installed directly on the machining head scans for defined registration marks, edges or high-contrast contours. Printed, woven or embroidered marks are detected precisely, so that material position and dimensional deviations are optimally compensated. This allows the cutting path to be perfectly adapted to the actual conditions of the workpiece – for maximum precision and the best machining results.

The POSITION+ professional optical recognition system optimises your laser cutting of printed or patterned materials by scanning the entire working area. It recognises contours, automatically creates suitable cutting data and thus reduces the time you spend on work preparation. Compared to conventional registration mark recognition, the system significantly minimises the scanning process, which optimises process time and improves material utilisation.

The M-Line offers working areas with a width of 1,330 mm (52.3") and a maximum length of 1,630 mm (64.1"). It is ideal for fine cutting work and small-format materials, with different working areas and laser powers allowing for a tailor-made configuration.
