Remote Operation
Thanks to the software-controlled division of the working area, you can process your material on one side while the opposite side is already being reloaded – for a consistently efficient work process.
Conveyor System
Automate your machining process for roll goods. The automatic material feed enables flexible materials such as textiles to be fed directly from the roll to the laser processing machine with precision and then forwarded to a removal table. Thanks to the exact material feed, almost endlessly long cuts are possible, which connect seamlessly to one another.
The roll material is supplied by an automatic feeding unit, while an integrated edge control system ensures precise positioning for laser processing. Optionally, the Conveyor System can be expanded to include a winding unit that evenly rolls up the processed material. This creates a fully automated machining process that combines maximum efficiency and precision.

The durable stainless steel mesh belt transports the roll material to the laser cutting machine without tension. There is no fabric distortion and the contactless processing by the laser produces excellent results.
Feeding unit

Shuttle Table System
The Shuttle Table System minimises downtime and increases the efficiency of your eurolaser cutting machine. While the machine is running, you can conveniently load and unload the material carriers from three sides. The table is changed after loading and unloading at the touch of a button and starts automatically as soon as cutting is complete. This reduces the monitoring effort and allows you to benefit from an optimised, time-saving workflow.

Remote Operation
Increase your productivity. Thanks to the software-controlled splitting of the working area, you can process your material on one side of the machine while you are already reloading the opposite side. This optimises your processes and reduces downtime. Processing switches automatically between the two areas as desired, so that your laser machine is almost 100 per cent in use.
