Which laser cutting machine is used?
Laser cutting of more than 30 materials
The XL-3200 laser cutting machine from eurolaser, with its generously dimensioned processing area, enables tegos to cut more than 30 different materials precisely and efficiently. These include plastics as well as wood, PS, ABS and acrylic sheets. Textiles and leather can also be processed reliably with the system. Technical textiles, for example, are used for door insulation.
In practical application, the laser combines perfectly clean cut edges with maximum flexibility in material selection, thereby creating ideal conditions for high-quality and versatile applications.
What impressed us in the long term was the outstanding support provided by the eurolaser team. I was looking for a machine solution that would enable me to process and cut the majority of the materials we work with. It was particularly important to me that the system could be used flexibly and process prepared production orders from an ERP export with regard to nesting optimisation – without the need for any additional pre-processing of the export data.
