Laser cutting as a solution
Fused cutting edges in a single process step
Previously, converting textiles into ready-to-use filters required several process steps, which significantly reduced efficiency. The cutting edges were often imprecise or frayed and therefore had to be laboriously stitched or fused in a separate process step. A new solution was required that not only replaces outdated processing methods, but also delivers precision and efficiency while handling a wide variety of materials. For this challenge, the laser is the ideal processing machine.

Automated textile cutting
eurolaser provides Lampe Technical Textiles with integrated, end-to-end solutions. The technical textiles are processed in large format directly from the roll. The laser systems operate quickly, precisely and with a high level of repeat accuracy.
By applying sewing marks in parallel using the Ink Marker Module, process times are significantly reduced. The contact-free laser cutting process enables distortion-free cutting in any direction. Both large and small batch sizes can be produced without retooling, while nesting ensures optimal and material-efficient placement of the cut parts.
The laser offers us high accuracy, reliable cutting speed and efficient material utilisation. In addition, it provides a high level of repeat accuracy, ensuring consistent results time and again.
