What exactly is being produced?
Processing of acrylic sheets and Acofelt
Plano Plastics primarily processes large-format acrylic sheets and manufactures, among other things, end products for the advertising industry, exhibition construction, architecture, interior design and the lighting industry.
In addition, the company processes acoustic panels made of Acofelt. The material is produced from recycled PET bottles and is used for the design of wall claddings or acoustic elements. It is 100% recyclable, contains no chemical components and is therefore highly environmentally friendly.
What is the eurolaser system used for?
Benchmark for laser cutting acrylic
With its XL-1600, Plano Plastics has the optimal eurolaser system for processing acrylic. Thanks to the large working area of 2,270 mm x 1,600 mm and the special table concept (raster plate), full-format acrylic sheets with thicknesses between 2 mm and 25 mm can be processed easily, reliably, cleanly and quickly. The eurolaser system therefore combines all the key aspects of efficient and economical acrylic processing.
The eurolaser runs very well and reliably. The machine never stands still and our production is always in operation. It is a good and very robust machine. We are very satisfied with it!
