Modular software suite for your eurolaser machine
LaserScout consists of five basic modules – CONNECT, PLANNER, DATABASE, OPTIMUM Basic and WATCHDOG. These modules control and monitor your eurolaser machine and, even in the basic configuration, offer essential functions such as optimised material utilisation through nesting, processing time calculation and central storage and management of your cutting parameters.
Control of the laser machine
LaserScout CONNECT
At eurolaser, the control software is called CONNECT – the central interface between the computer and the laser machine. It enables precise and reliable control of your laser cutting machine. The open software structure gives you maximum flexibility for efficient and adaptable production.

LaserScout DATABASE
LaserScout DATABASE provides all material profiles and properties in the workflow and enables the seamless exchange of job data and parameters between multiple machines. This increases flexibility and ensures a smooth production process. The scope of delivery includes the material database for storage on the company server, eurolaser material parameters as guidelines for optimum processing results, and an access client for the database.

This software module enables you to make realistic estimates of the expected processing time and helps you to create profitable calculations, thereby avoiding miscalculations. PLANNER is extremely flexible and can also be used independently of the laser machine on a PC without a data connection.

LaserScout OPTIMUM basic
The OPTIMUM module is eurolaser's nesting software, which optimally places your cutting files on the material. Thanks to the powerful nesting function, you can maximise space utilisation and reduce material consumption. OPTIMUM is available in two versions: basic and professional. The basic version is already included in the LaserScout basic modules.

LaserScout POSITION
POSITION is specialised software for detecting and processing printed materials, material patterns and reference contours. It automatically aligns the processing process with the detected contours so that your materials are cut precisely and accurately along the print contour. This ensures maximum accuracy and quality for every application. The use of POSITION requires a corresponding camera hardware module.

LaserScout JOBIDENT enables automatic assignment and processing of jobs via QR code recognition. The identified files are loaded directly and the production process starts automatically. The POSITION software module and a camera are required for use. JOBIDENT also enables serial processing of different jobs on different laser machines and materials.

Laser engravings in raster format
LaserScout PICTURE
Our software solution for razor-sharp raster engravings on a wide variety of materials. PICTURE offers a resolution of up to 1,200 dpi and 256 grey scales, resulting in razor-sharp engravings, brilliant contrasts and impressive details. Whether logos, images or complex designs – PICTURE enables photo-quality engravings across the entire working area. A corresponding hardware module is required for use.
