The Sign Show 2026: Meet eurolaser in Birmingham
From 29 September to 1 October 2026, eurolaser will be in Birmingham to discuss intelligent cutting solutions for the print and sign industry. The focus will be on large-format cutting and how to tackle current challenges in post-print processing efficiently.
At the heart of our presence is the opportunity to talk: Discuss your applications, production requirements and optimisation potential directly with our experts. Together, we can identify the cutting solution best suited to your processes.
We look forward to meeting you in hall 1 at stand S340.
Get even more from your laser system
A eurolaser laser system is built to deliver reliable performance for many years. With the right service, you can maximise the long-term value of your investment.
Regular maintenance, expert technical support and rapid access to genuine spare parts help maximise machine availability. At the same time, we help you to make your processes more efficient and adapt them to changing requirements.
Whether through software and hardware upgrades, higher laser power or additional features, many enhancements can be integrated even years after installation. This keeps your system flexible, high-performing and ready for the future.
New applications through laser cutting of films and composites
KM foliographics GmbH & Co. KG is strategically expanding its portfolio in the field of industrial surface solutions with laser cutting technology. In addition to conventional films, the company now processes display protection films, polycarbonate composite sheets and composite materials with precision and repeatability.
Especially for demanding applications such as kiss cutting, engraving or complex geometries, laser technology offers clear advantages. As a complement to existing plotter solutions, it enables the cost-effective implementation of new applications in automotive, architecture and industry.
High-performance material for protective equipment
PALStex® is a durable laminate based on Cordura®, specifically developed for use in personal protective equipment (PPE). The material is characterised by high tear strength, structural stability and resistance to demanding environmental conditions. This makes it excellently suitable for applications in the military, law enforcement and outdoor sectors.
Together with DELCOTEX, eurolaser tested the material. The combination of PALStex® and laser technology demonstrates its strengths particularly in load-bearing systems: during laser cutting, the cut edges are sealed directly, creating clean contours with exceptional resistance to fraying and tearing.
Mechanical processing expands your laser application
Take your production beyond laser cutting: with eurolaser’s mechanical tool modules, you can combine multiple processing technologies on a single platform.
Whether routing, drilling, knife cutting, creasing, punching or kiss-cutting – mechanical processes can be seamlessly integrated into the laser workflow. This allows you to process a wide range of materials flexibly and efficiently, without additional machines or process steps.
The combination of laser and mechanical processing opens up maximum design freedom.
Laser cutting of mesh implants for medical technology
pfm medical titanium gmbh manufactures titanised mesh implants made of polypropylene for applications including hernia repair and reconstructive surgery. To meet increasing demands for production volume and efficiency, an existing laser solution was replaced. By integrating a eurolaser system, output was significantly increased and production was future-proofed.
Camera-based processing with POSITION+ professional ensures an optimised cutting result and enables the precise implementation of complex geometries. Complemented by reliable service and high user-friendliness, this results in a high-performance solution for industrial production.
