Material
HEYsign textiles are high-quality, PVC-free materials based on polyester that have been specially developed for digital printing. They are characterised by high tear resistance, excellent colour brilliance, good lightfastness and dimensional stability. Typical areas of application include banners, exhibition construction, wall coverings, lightbox applications and POS systems. Tested materials:

Test setup
The tests were carried out on a cutting machine of the 3XL-3200 type with a 400 W CO₂ laser source. The integrated Conveyor System enabled automated processing directly from the roll. The aim was precise, distortion-free cutting with clean edges – even for printed variants with intricate contours.
Results
All tested textiles proved to be excellently suited for CO₂ laser processing. The edges were smooth, fused and free from fraying. Even complex contours were cut with high precision. Cutting quality remained consistent across the entire material width – ideal for large-format applications. Recommended laser power: 60 W.
