Why SIMPLYCUT was looking for a new laser partner

Service as a critical success factor

The main rea­son for chang­ing the la­ser man­u­fac­tur­er was the high lev­el of dis­sat­is­fac­tion with the pre­vi­ous ser­vice. In ad­di­tion to a tech­no­log­i­cal so­lu­tion ca­pa­ble of han­dling the con­tract man­u­fac­tur­er’s wide range of ap­pli­ca­tions, one key as­pect a­bove all had to be re­stored: trust. Ser­vice qual­i­ty and re­li­a­ble a­vail­a­bil­i­ty were there­fore cen­tral fac­tors in the de­ci­sion.

Fur­ther­more, the com­pa­ny’s pro­duc­tion fa­cil­i­ty is lo­cat­ed in a res­i­den­tial ar­ea. This re­quired the in­stal­la­tion of a high-performance ex­trac­tion and fil­tra­tion sys­tem to en­sure the high­est en­vi­ron­men­tal and e­mis­sion stan­dards.

To­geth­er with SIM­PLY­CUT, eu­ro­la­ser im­ple­ment­ed a tai­lored so­lu­tion to meet the con­tract man­u­fac­tur­er’s wide range of re­quire­ments. With the eu­ro­la­ser XL-1600 ma­chine, a wide va­ri­e­ty of ma­te­ri­als – from ac­ryl­ic and plas­tics to wood-based ma­te­ri­als and tex­tiles – can be cut and en­graved with pre­ci­sion. E­ven full sheet for­mats can be pro­cessed ef­fi­cient­ly, from sin­gle piec­es to se­ries pro­duc­tion.

A­noth­er de­ci­sive fac­tor was the high-performance ex­trac­tion and fil­tra­tion tech­nol­o­gy, which e­na­bles the ma­chine to be used de­spite the pro­duc­tion site be­ing lo­cat­ed in a res­i­den­tial ar­ea. Com­bined with re­li­a­ble ser­vice and high a­vail­a­bil­i­ty, eu­ro­la­ser there­fore pro­vides a com­pre­hen­sive, se­cure and fu­ture-proof so­lu­tion.
