Precisely fitting components for heat exchangers

For cutting and welding the membranes, Polybloc relies on eurolaser systems. In series production at the Winterthur site, the focus is on efficiency, process reliability and clean cutting edges. The components for the heat exchangers, consisting of membranes and plastic carriers, must fit precisely and consistently meet high quality standards. Here, eurolaser cutting systems impress with their robust design, reliability in continuous operation and long service life.

Polybloc uses eurolaser systems from the M- and XL series specifically for the precise cutting of polymer film membranes and additional components. Six systems are now in operation, producing in parallel. Thanks to high process stability and reproducible results, large volumes can be manufactured efficiently. This enables Polybloc to respond flexibly to increasing demands while ensuring consistently high product quality.

Innovations for modern ventilation systems

As a result of climate change and rising energy costs, energy recovery is becoming increasingly important, even though the topic itself is by no means new. Continuous development and technical innovations now enable efficient recovery of energy and moisture. Polybloc innovations play a pioneering role in this field and form the core of hygienic, low-energy ventilation systems in both private and public buildings.

For several years now, we have been using eurolaser machines in our production. From the predecessor series (PN) through to our new system (S3 series), our companies have evolved together and developed solutions for shared success. This has resulted in a trusting partnership that we would not want to do without and which supports our reliability!
