Innovative wood products through laser engraving

Since its foundation, Keplinger has been characterised by continuous innovation and a consistent focus on customers. The company is constantly seeking solutions that create added value for its customers. When demand for individually designed wood surfaces increased, Keplinger realised that a milling machine alone would not be sufficient to meet customer requirements. A processing tool was required that was suitable for efficient, high-quality and customised wood processing and capable of keeping pace with ongoing market developments towards on-demand solutions.

Efficient and fast large-format engraving solution

eu­ro­la­ser pro­vi­ded Kep­lin­ger with the large­for­mat la­ser cut­ting sys­tem XL­3200 with 400 watts – the per­fect so­lu­tion for de­man­ding wood pro­ces­sing. Thanks to the PIC­TURE+ en­gra­ving op­tion and the ef­fi­cient OP­TI­MUM nes­ting soft­ware, the sys­tem de­li­vers pho­to­re­a­lis­tic en­gra­vings and im­pres­sive 3D re­lief en­gra­vings with max­i­mum pre­ci­sion. The flex­i­ble ta­ble con­cepts Ho­ney­comb & PIN­Con­cept en­sure op­ti­mal ma­te­ri­al pro­ces­sing, while ex­is­ting de­signs can be seam­less­ly a­dop­ted. The re­sult: max­i­mum qua­li­ty for in­di­vi­du­al cus­to­mer re­quire­ments and in­no­va­tive sur­face re­fine­ment on de­mand.
