form.in GmbH, Germany
Flexible production. Precise assembly.
form.in specialises in well-designed and optimally manufactured precision parts that are produced to order and assembled into sub-assemblies. The company’s strength lies in the complete manufacture and assembly of objects that appear simple but can be extremely complex and consist of many components, depending on the requirements. Whether medical technology, the construction industry or perfumery – the scope of application is unlimited. With the eurolaser, form.in is expanding its production capacity. Smaller orders can now also be integrated into the process, particularly the cutting of printed materials. This makes the form.in team even more flexible.
Higher level of automation
Plastic processing at the highest level
The continuous modernisation of the high-tech machinery used in plastics processing, along with the option of robotic integration of the laser cutting system with automatic loading and part removal, made the decision in favour of a eurolaser a logical and future-oriented step for form.in. This results in efficient processes, maximum precision and outstanding flexibility, even for complex requirements and smaller batch sizes. Across 5,000 m² of production space, a modern machine park, automated manufacturing technologies and an experienced team of specialists and generalists come together. This makes form.in a strong partner for high-quality plastic parts and assemblies. Reliable, innovative and made in Germany.

Maximum efficiency in the workflow
The automatic Shuttle Table System to increase productivity and reduce downtime, as well as the camera system for precise positioning of the laser on printed sheets, are ideally suited to the production process. Thanks to these features, the standard two-shift operation, six days a week, is also possible for this manufacturing process. The eurolaser system was positioned directly next to the digital printing department, enabling a fast and seamless workflow from print preparation through to production without unnecessary detours.
Manufacturing precision parts is no longer a challenge with today’s technology. However, combining technical requirements and reliable functionality with good design is the real challenge – one that we can meet only thanks to our creativity and high-quality equipment.
