What exactly is produced?
Printed textiles with great potential
In addition to its core focus on flags and banners, the product range also includes small items such as pennants and badges, artistically embroidered regimental and club flags, as well as extensive accessories such as flagpoles. Fahnen-Gärtner products are often required to withstand very demanding conditions, making the highest quality the top priority.
What is the eurolaser system used for?
Large-format laser cutting
In order to offer this level of quality to its customers, every product is preceded by years of development and testing before it goes on sale. This naturally also includes the use of the latest and most efficient manufacturing technologies. With the purchase of the 3XL series laser system from eurolaser, Fahnen-Gärtner pioneered this segment. With a processing area of around ten square metres, it is ideally suited for cutting large-format textiles.
The high precision achieved through contact-free, distortion-free cutting convinced us. The flag material can be processed quickly and directly from the roll using the eurolaser system. We see the welded cut edges created by the thermal laser process as a particular advantage. This avoids time-consuming reworking due to lint and fraying.
The enormous processing area enables us to cut large-format textiles to size with precision, giving us a unique selling point, as no other textile laser cutting system of this size is in operation in Austria.
