In its modern production facilities, alongside acrylic glass, PLEXIGLAS®, polystyrene, PET/PETG and Makrolon®, numerous other engineering plastics are precisely processed to deliver tailored solutions for the point of sale.

High-Tech Machine Park
acryl-decor Busse GmbH & Co. KG has first-class expertise and a modern machine park featuring CAD/CAM-controlled systems, bending machines and the XL-3200 CO₂ laser system from eurolaser. This system combines laser and mechanical processing, enabling even demanding materials such as PVC or Dibond to be processed with precision.
An automatic tool change allows for an uninterrupted production process, while optical camera recognition ensures perfectly fitting cuts even for printed or marked materials. The result is maximum flexibility, the highest level of precision and efficient material utilisation – optimally tailored to individual customer requirements and complex custom-made solutions.
