Overview of eurolaser safety options
Customised safety solutions for the highest demands
Our laser cutting machines are designed for safe operation and do not require any additional protective devices. Nevertheless, we offer optional safety solutions to meet your individual requirements and comply with even the most stringent safety guidelines.
Compliance with strict safety guidelines
Light Curtains
Light Curtains extend eurolaser's safety standards and offer you an optional protection solution for machine operation. They create an invisible light barrier at various heights around the system, which stops the laser immediately if it is interrupted. Although they are not absolutely necessary for safe operation, they increase safety, especially in the case of strict safety guidelines or for the protection of untrained personnel. The light curtains are compatible with all eurolaser machines and can be retrofitted at any time.
Advantages of Light Curtains
Optional extension to the high eurolaser safety standards.
No disruption to work processes.
Compliance with enhanced safety guidelines.
Additional protection against unauthorised use of the machine.
Pausing the laser remotely
Remote Pause Button
The Remote Pause Button allows quick reaction via wireless signal to stop the laser remotely, e.g. in the event of safety-related incidents, quality controls or material defects. In large machine parks, several laser systems can be controlled with individual frequencies for each machine. The portable button can be worn comfortably on the wrist or around the neck so that it is always within reach.
Advantages of the Remote Pause Button
Quick reaction thanks to simple remote control.
Always at hand – can be worn on the wrist or around the neck.
User-friendly thanks to simple operation.
Less material waste through immediate intervention.
