Since its foundation in 1975, Röckelein GmbH has steadily developed from a pure trading company into a provider of comprehensive, customised solutions for all industrial sectors. The company attaches particular importance to a wide range of products. In order to be able to offer this variety to its customers, a flexible production solution was sought. The eurolaser M-800 and M-1600 Shuttle Table systems, which have been in use since 2010 and 2015, enable Röckelein GmbH to process its own brands as well as 3M and Tesa adhesive tapes and various customer materials efficiently and flexibly.

Laser cutting of VHB adhesive films
Thanks to the small tool diameter of the laser, it is possible to cut small and fine details, as can be seen in the video below.
The large number of different adhesive tapes places various demands on the machinery at Röckelein GmbH. The use of state-of-the-art laser technology plays a special role here.
Thanks to non-contact processing, no adhesive residue sticks to the tool, eliminating the need for additional work steps such as cleaning or resharpening.
Thanks to tool-free production, samples and very small quantities can be offered to customers at low cost
Series production can also be realised quickly using the laser. Complicated, complex contours are manufactured with maximum process reliability and repeatability and are an integral part of Röckelein GmbH's product portfolio.
