The service portfolio includes laser marking for almost all materials. Even hard-to-reach areas can be precisely engraved or marked. In addition, H&F Laserbeschriftung produces labels with permanently adhesive bonding. These can be equipped with 2D codes such as QR or Data Matrix codes as well as sequential numbering, enabling flexible marking of a wide range of products.

Laser cutting of plastics, films and textiles
Since November 2012, a eurolaser XL-1200 machine has complemented the machine park at H&F Laserbeschriftung GmbH. This laser cutting machine is used to process plastics, films, textiles, leather, filter materials and foams, among others. The system enables precise contours – even for intricate cuts – thereby often reducing the need for post-processing.

Cutting and engraving of workpieces up to 2,200 mm in width
By using the eurolaser machine, H&F Laserbeschriftung has expanded its service portfolio. In addition to laser marking and engraving, precise laser cutting can now also be offered. Workpieces up to a width of 2,200 mm can be cut and engraved in a single process step. This increases flexibility and allows customers to obtain additional processing steps from a single source.
Since November 2012, we have expanded our machine park with a eurolaser XL-1200 and use it to cut plastics, films, textiles, leather, filters, foams and a wide range of other materials. With the help of this modern system, precise contours can be produced – even for intricate cuts. This usually eliminates the need for reworking and therefore increases efficiency
