PALStex® by DELCOTEX being laser cut on a eurolaser CO₂ laser cutting machine, producing sealed cut edges for durable personal protective equipment (PPE).

High-performance material for protective equipment

PALStex® is a durable laminate based on Cordura®, specifically developed for use in personal protective equipment (PPE). The material is characterised by high tear strength, structural stability and resistance to demanding environmental conditions. This makes it excellently suitable for applications in the military, law enforcement and outdoor sectors.

Together with DELCOTEX, eurolaser tested the material. The combination of PALStex® and laser technology demonstrates its strengths particularly in load-bearing systems: during laser cutting, the cut edges are sealed directly, creating clean contours with exceptional resistance to fraying and tearing.
