An overview of the LaserScout software modules:

CONNECT

CONNECT is our front-end software for controlling the software system. You receive our basic software for machine operation with CONNECT. It includes the software modules DATABASE for central management of material parameters and PLANNER for realistic calculation of machining time.

DATABASE

With DATABASE you receive access to a material database including material parameters. This simplifies machine operation and ensures optimal material handling and perfect cutting results.

JOBIDENT

The software module JOBIDENT is used for the fully automatic identification of different job files via a QR code on the material. This module is the key for entry into Industry 4.0.

CREATE

CREATE is our design and work preparation software for the creation of job files. It includes the software modules DATABASE for central management of material parameters and PLANNER for realistic calculation of machining time.

POSITION PLUS PROFESSIONAL

The POSITIONplus professional software for workflow optimisation when laser cutting printed materials. The entire working area of the cutting system is captured via area scan and the further processing is aligned accordingly.

POSITION

POSITION is the software package for finding registration marks through a CCD camera and it takes part of our optical recognition and positioning system (POSITION^plus).

PICTURE

PICTURE is the software package to implement frames in the pixel format and it takes part of our engraving option (PICTURE^plus).

OPTIMUM

OPTIMUM is our nesting software by the help of which your cutting files will perfectly be placed on the material. You save material, time and thus, money.

BACKLIGHT

With BACKLIGHT software, you can engrave patterns in acrylic sheets in no time at all and so create large, uniform backlights. This software enables targeted control of the luminosity of your backlight panels.

WATCHDOG

This live monitoring function displays key parameters and error messages in real time. Its remote diagnostics enable faster fault removal and better planning of service jobs.

PLANNER

The software module LaserScout PLANNER enables you to estimate expected machining times realistically. You can generate profitable calculations quite simply and avoid any miscalculations.

TOUCH&GO

The software revolution in the laser cutting automation. With the product Touch&Go, eurolaser and Eurosystems have created an individually customisable software interface for operating automated laser systems in close cooperation.
