Flexibility by means of lasers and mechanical tools

As well as acrylic glass, Plexiglas ^®, Polystyrol, PET/PETG, Makrolon ^®and many other technical plastics are machined during manufacture. The large XL-3200 laser system from eurolaser with a machining area of 3200 x 2270 mm provides special flexibility right from the start thanks to the additional mechanical tool heads from Zünd. By means of the use of the Zünd tools, materials can also be cut for which the laser is not optimally suited, e.g. PVC and Dibond panels.

You can switch between tool heads automatically, without complicated tool changes and therefore without interrupting the production process. The advantages of laser machining can therefore be perfectly combined with the advantages of mechanical machining. The eurolaser system therefore provides maximum versatility. Furthermore, the visual camera recognitionalso makes accurate processing of printed and marked blanks possible. This achieves another significantly high optimisation level in material consumption.
