Secondly, data is collected automatically when you visit our website. This is mainly technical data.
Please note that data transmission on the Internet may be subject to security loopholes. Complete protection against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.
II. Your rights
In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you may request information about personal data processed by us. The right shall cover free information on the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data being processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or is still being disclosed, in particular, recipients in third countries or international organisations, if possible, the planned duration for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining this period, the right to have personal data relating to them rectified or erased, or to have processing restricted by the responsible body or to have a right of objection to such processing, the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, the origin of the data, if not collected from us, the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as further details thereof.
You also have the right to request that your stored data be corrected or completed (Article 16 of the GDPR).
In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, we will delete the personal data stored by us at your request, unless processing to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation in the public interest, or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims is not necessary according to Article 17 para. 3 of the GDPR. This concerns, in particular, storage for a longer period, to which we are obligated due to tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations.
In accordance with Article 7 para. 3 of the GDPR, you can revoke your consent provided to us at any time. An informal email to us making this request is sufficient for this. IV. The collection, use and storage of personal data
1. Customer and contract data
We collect, process and use your personal data only if you have given your consent to the processing of the data concerned for one or more specific purposes, or processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract, i.e. the establishment and content or amendment of a legal relationship (inventory data), or to carry out pre-contractual measures that take place upon your request. Data processing also takes place if it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, to protect vital interests or to perform a task that is in the public interest or in exercising public authority that has been entrusted to us.
Your personal data will be stored with us beyond the completion of the order or the processing of your enquiry. Storage takes place against the backdrop that we can only process enquiries from your side for the duration of the use of the product acquired by us after expiration of warranty periods with the help of your data, and can only offer professional technical support for the life span of the system over your data. Therefore, your data will only be deleted once the business relationship has been terminated by decommissioning the acquired system or upon your request, unless we are still obliged by tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations to a longer storage period, or you have consented to further storage.
2. Sharing of data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties is made exclusively to the service providers involved in the framework of the contract, such as the logistics company assigned for delivery and the bank responsible for payment matters.
