As the competent party according to the data protection regulations, we assure you that, in order to protect your personal data, the collection, storage, modification, transfer, blocking, deletion and use of your personal data in our company is always carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and other legal requirements.

Our collecting of personal data

In the contact form we ask you to provide us with various personal data, which you transfer to us when you send your message. We only ever collect the personal data that you have provided in this way.

Our collection of your personal data by means of the contact form and the subsequent processing and use of such data is carried out for fulfilling our own business purposes within the framework of your established contact with us.

If you open a customer account, the collection, processing and use of the personal data is carried out so that the personal data do not have to be entered again for any future orders.

We only ever transfer your personal data to third parties it these are service partners involved in the execution of the contract, e.g. the logistics company commissioned with making delivery and the bank commissioned to handle payment issues. However, where your personal data is transferred to third parties, the scope of the transferred data is limited to the necessary minimum.

You can access the contents of any declarations of consent that you have given at any time with this document.

Your rights
