På trods af alle fordele ved laserforarbejdning opdtår termiske processer, som sikkert skal afsuges eller filtres. Relevansen af et udsugningssystem bliver desværre ofte undervurderet. Ikke kun for processikkerheden, men også p.g.a. arbejdssikkerheden og miljøet, vil eurolaser påtale dette tema for Dem og de forskellige aspekter dertil hørende.
Special exhaust technology has an impact on
Cutting quality
Exhaust of the cutting emissions prevents smoke deposits and processing residues soiling the material thus ensuring clean surfaces.
Material positioning
The vacuum that is generated prevents light-weight workpieces from slipping and small parts from lifting. In addition the negative pressure ensures that thin, flexible materials (e.g. foils, wood veneers) lay evenly on the material support thus enhancing processing.
Environmental protection
The right filter systems separate coarse and fine dust particles up to filter class HEPA (H11). Hazardous substances, even from the gas phase, are removed using activated charcoal adsorption filters. This means that ecological questions with regard to environmental protection and compliance with anti-pollution law can be met to an ever increasing degree. Cleaning up our act in every laser application.
Cutting speed
Higher processing speeds can be achieved thanks to optimisation of various parameters (laser power etc.). Although increasing process efficiency also entails higher suction flow volumes and special filter requirements.
Safety at work
A well-dimensioned exhaust system improves the ambient air and protects the machine operators from hazardous substances. Whereby the maximum environmental limit values for body- and healthcare must always be observed. The risk of fire is also significantly reduced, in particular in the case of acrylic applications, because acrylic fumes are highly flammable.

Smart exhaust units
The smart exhaust units were developed to make the exhaust technology in manufacturing processes more energy-efficient, time-saving and user-friendly. The performance parameters for the exhaust units are stored directly in LaserScout and called up automatically on a job-related basis.
- Energy efficiency:
The exhaust performance can be adjusted as required. This not only saves electricity, but also prevents warm room air from being unnecessarily extracted to the outside. - User- friendly:
The digital control and automatic storage of exhaust parameters reduce your workload. Control directly from LaserScout avoids operating errors, manual notes or adjustments. - Time saving:
The run-on time of the turbines after switching off has been reduced by active braking - the table vacuum is released immediately as a result. This minimises the waiting time until material removal or the next feed (conveyor system).
Benefit from the digital control and ensure an efficient production process (can be retrofitted from the G3/S3 series).
