How does a virtual customer demo work at eurolaser?
After making an appointment, we will send you a rough schedule on which you can see how the sampling will be structured. In the given time, there is an initial greeting and a brief discussion of the objectives before the demo and sampling begin. While you can see on your screen how we process your material with our system, there is the possibility to clarify any technical questions. A sales representative and an application engineer are available to you at all times. Finally, you can look at the cut edges. Following the meeting and product demo, you will receive the report including the live cut samples by mail.
How can I make an appointment?
You can easily make an appointment with us for a virtual sampling. Simply send us a message using the contact form and we will contact you to arrange the appointment. In this way we can find an appointment that suits you and, if necessary, your employees and colleagues best, and we have enough time.
What are the technical requirements for a virtual meeting?
In order to take part in a virtual demo, you do not have to invest in expensive electronics first. In fact, a simple smartphone or laptop with a webcam are enough to dial in. If you don’t have a headset, microphone or loudspeaker, you can simply use a telephone to do this. Our setup is a bit different. We can show you different angles and details through different cameras. You can see what is happening at all given times. As far as the conference software is concerned, we can also use it according to your wishes and offer, for example, 3CX, Zoom or Skype.
Is there time for questions?
Each virtual customer meeting is precisely tailored to your wishes and ideas. Of course, you can also ask your questions during, before or after the appointment. Our experts will be happy to clear up any concerns you may have. Particularly urgent questions can of course be asked in advance via email.
