There are different product groups to suit the different areas of application:

LUMERA:

Premium awning fabric with Sattler CBA fiber, long life, special dirt repellency and bright colors. Many references are also available with waterproof coating under "Lumera All Weather".

VALORA:

Lightweight waterproof fabric.

TWILIGHT:

Flame retardant, PVC-free solution for modern privacy, glare and sun protection.

ELEMENTS:

Spinneret-dyed sun protection fabric with woven-in UV protection.

Objective of the laser test:

eurolaser examined different variants of Sattler SUN-TEX sun protection textiles more closely for their cutting ability. The materials were subjected to extensive laser processing tests in the eurolaser application laboratory. In consultation, the following requirements were taken into account in the test:

Precise, contour-accurate cutting
Processing directly from the textile roll
Lint and residue-free cut edges
Distortion-free cutting, especially with elastic material
Sealed cutting edges for easy further processing

The conveyor system serves both as a material carrier for the machining process and as a transport element.

Recommended laser power: 60 watts
The laser power depends on both the material and the
processing speed and is an average guide value here.

Test result:

Flawless cutting results were achieved in all material tests, which is why we awarded the predicate of excellently suitability for all products.

Our laser system was able to meet the requirements set in the test without any problems. Even with filigree round or angular contours, the cut edges are free of lint and fringes and are easily fused. Large format cuts are also possible, depending on the system size. The conveyor system allows direct processing of textile rolls. The laser scores especially with its contact-free cutting. This means that the cut quality remains continuously high, as the tool does not become blunt. Tool changes and downtimes are eliminated. Moreover, even very elastic textiles can be cut without distortion.
