Whether for industry, trade, or creative applications, Neschen Coating GmbH develops and produces innovative, PET-free, and sustainable self-adhesive products as well as coated media worldwide. They rely on water-based adhesives, solvent-free coatings, and PVC-free products.
Non-woven wallpapers, such as the Neschen performance wallpaper or PP wall-Grip LUV series, require precise processing. We have tested these wallpapers and evaluated their advantages in laser processing.

Properties of Neschen performance wallpaper:

Various Neschen performance wallpaper and PP wall-grip L-UV smooth were tested in the laser test - all of them impressed with their high print quality, ease of application and suitability for customised, PVC-free interior designs.

While the performance wallpapers are particularly impressive due to their versatility in terms of ink compatibility and various surface textures, PP wall-grip stands out due to its particularly strong adhesion to difficult substrates and repositionable adhesive technology.

The goal of the laser test:

Filigree and precise cutting edges without discoloration marks.

We tested two types of the Neschen performance wallpaper and the Neschen performance wall-grip LUV smooth with our laser cutters. In close consultation with the company Neschen, the focus was on the following requirements.

With the eurolaser system L-1200, all variants can be cut precisely and efficiently - without any post-processing. Thanks to the smooth cutting edges and minimal material loss, laser processing fulfils all requirements and impresses with the highest quality. We can therefore unreservedly recommend the laser as a reliable and powerful processing tool.
