We have tested the above textiles from IBENA for processing with our laser cutters. In consultation, attention was paid to the following requirements.
- Smooth, lint- and dust-free cut edges
- Direct processing of roll material
- Processing in large format
- Precise contour cutting of printed textiles
- Tension-free cutting without distortion
Test result:
The printable textiles have achieved excellent results in our laser test.
Due to the non-contact processing, the cutting edges have an excellent quality. Only the Cotton Mako Satin 125 material shows slight discoloration at the cut edges. These are due to the burning process, but can be neglected due to their insignificance. There are no smudge residues on the other materials.
With the POSITIONplus camera recognition system, the contour-precise cutting of printed material can also be implemented without any problems.
Overall, we can give a clear recommendation for the laser processing of the textiles Voile CS white, Cotton Mako Satin 125 white and PES Canvas 360 from IBENA.
