         Fault analysis - fault rectification

         If required, you can telephone one of our competent engineers in person, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your questions
         on all technical problems concerning the product range, rapid fault rectification and appointments can be answered, or
         appropriate organisational measures can be implemented.

         Specialist advice also involves work. Because of the need for knowledge prior to purchasing laser technology, we have
         been providing all potential customers with sometimes expensive samples on a cost-neutral basis for more than 15
         years. The extent to which you follow our suggestions is always up to you - our efforts still remain completely without
         obligation.

         Advice is always provided on an individual basis. Every user, every market segment and every material requires a
         thorough analysis of the actual situation.

         At the start of a new product or production concept, an experienced team of eurolaser technicians, commercial engineers
         and engineers is therefore at your service to provide the best possible economic solution. However, you will not only
         receive our full attention prior to the purchasing decision. Our objective is an enduring business relationship with you as
         our partner. After commissioning, new challenges often arise over the years of the equipment's use, and we would like to
         continue to provide advice and practical support in dealing with these. 

         Together with you, our experts will produce an optimum system configuration, e.g.

         and recommend appropriate automation options or useful software modules

         We provide outstanding training for our technicians so that you can always enjoy the best possible service. Without
         exception, they are all-round specialists and are therefore able to solve mechanical, electronic and control problems. Our
         specialists can also optimise applications and software configurations on site in accordance with your requirements.
         Training on operational safety or on the application is also part of the technician's repertoire. We place particular
         importance on the fact that our field staff look after your interests carefully and sustainably, and understand and speak the
         same language as your employees.

         Our international sales and service partners also receive regular intensive technical training and professional
         development from the head office in Lüneburg. Only in this way can we guarantee a uniform service level for all users
         worldwide.

  

 Upgrade service

         Our technical sales will be pleased to advise you if you wish to increase the productivity and value of your systems as a
         result of extended applications, higher capacity requirements or if you wish to restore the power of the laser source.

         All eurolaser modular systems can be upgraded. Laser equipment which was commissioned several years ago can
         therefore be supplemented, extended or even replaced at any time. Software and firmware updates always maintain the
         functions and operational reliability at the latest level. Optional functional additions provide more flexibility, and higher
         laser powers provide more capacity. All this is only economically possible using clearly structured system technology
         which builds continuously on - and takes into account - the inbuilt know-how.

         universally positive experience confirms our sound decision: a high-quality product is only as good as the quality of its
         cheapest screws.

         Along with high-quality connection technology and electronic components from leading manufacturers, you will therefore
         find only high-end laser sources from the likes of Synrad, Coherent or Rofin in our products. We obtain mechanical table
         designs from our reliable Swiss partner, Zünd Systemtechnik AG - the world market leader with considerably more than
         13,000 installed tool cutters. Our laser systems, which are built on this modular basis throughout, enable us to reduce
         your maintenance and service costs to a minimum.

         Quality only really pays for itself over the period of use: low failure rates, long maintenance intervals, high availability of
         spare parts and low service costs. All these advantages are passed on to our customers.

        Whether you take out a service agreement or not, all our customers can expect to be treated equally well and
        benefit from our free service and applications support. Our extended warranty period of up to 24 months
        also provides extra security for every user.

        eurolaser also offers a service agreement which assures you of qualified and punctual servicing for the
        maintenance of your laser systems. In return, you enjoy a 24 months warranty and in doing so simultaneously increase
        the security and productivity of your laser systems. In this way, we enable you to achieve cost-optimised, planable
        operation.

         for effective programming and operation of your machines. In this way, you will achieve the greatest possible efficiency for
         your system over the whole life cycle.

         Our training courses:
         Individual laser system training when purchasing a new product or at any time:

         SAT = System Application Training
         Training on operation, parameter setting, set-up, fault rectification and mechanical maintenance

         SOT = System Option Training 
         Training for special application materials, production supervision, individual training courses, e.g. when changing staff,
         training for laser safety representatives (LSR)

  

 Leasing and finance

         Machine leasing is often a sensible alternative to buying. The main idea of leasing is that the use of capital equipment
         and not the ownership generates revenue. The numerous advantages of leasing can be characterised as follows:

  • Security over the whole period of the contract thanks to agreed leasing instalments
  • Flexibility due to individual choice of term and rate

         Our most important rule: highest spare parts availability reduces unplanned user shutdowns. We are well prepared so
         that there will be no bottlenecks when the need arises.

         Only original eurolaser spare parts should be used in order to obtain the full performance and life from your systems.

 

 Easy-Return

         Under certain circumstances, problem materials can be encountered over the operating life of a production machine.
         eurolaser is prepared simply to take back these materials, also for commercial use, in order to send them for disposal or
         remanufacture in accordance with the regulations.

         This includes consumables such as contaminated filter media, active carbon granulate, damaged optical lenses and
         mirrors; chemical liquids and fillers and also electrical and electronic components right down to the entire equipment in
         accordance with the appropriately applicable regulations.

  

 Easy exchange

         If they become faulty or worn, this does not always mean that some important parts and components are without value.
         Following basic analyses and long-term tests in collaboration with the manufacturers, eurolaser has approved a number
         of components for remanufacture. Appropriately refurbished (remanufactured) electronic boards, HF transmitter power
         supplies and laser sources, for example, can be refitted in the operating system.

         This means a considerable cost saving for our customers and, at the same time, is an environmentally-conscious
         contribution to the handling of our resources. In doing so, you always have the choice of a new or a refurbished
         component with up to 12-months spare parts warranty.
