Routing, drilling and engraving

Router modules

Designed especially for the increasing demands of 24/7 production of signage and displays, router modules are the ideal addition to your laser machine. The powerful router modules are used for routing, engraving and drilling and enable the processing of numerous materials. Ideal areas of application include the routing of rigid plastics, non-ferrous metals or composite panels. Other materials that can be processed include foam, wood and MDF panels.

Process materials that are unsuitable for the laser.

Create countersinks, blind holes, grooves and chamfers.

Benefit from high-quality, market-proven Zünd tools.

Ideal for industrial applications.

Knife cutting

Knives and cutting tools

With the universal module as a flexible base, numerous knives and cutting tools can be integrated into your laser machine. These include electrically and pneumatically oscillating knives, rotary, drag and wheel knives, as well as tools for various cutting angles. This wide selection of knives enables versatile cutting applications, which can also be combined with the laser depending on the material and requirements.

You can also process materials that are not suitable for laser cutting.

Make precise mitre cuts and V-grooves.

Rely on proven, high-quality Zünd tools.

Ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Creasing

Creasing tools

Creasing tools and creasing wheels are suitable for processing solid board, corrugated board and films. They enable precise creasing in the longitudinal and transverse direction to the corrugation without damaging the material, thus facilitating subsequent folding. They can be seamlessly integrated into the laser machine via the universal module.

Precise crease lines for perfect folding results.

Gentle processing without tearing or damage.

Flexible integration into your laser machine via the universal module.

High-quality, market-proven Zünd tools for reliable results.

Zünd Punch Module for automated hole punching in various materials

Punching and perforating

Punch module

The punch module is a powerful multifunctional tool for punching and perforating leather, rubber and textiles. It expands the processing capabilities of your laser machine and impresses with its high speed.

Ideal for processing leather, rubber and textiles.

High speed and precision in punching and perforating.

Expanding your processing options.

Reliable Zünd tools with proven quality for the highest demands.

Kiss cutting

Kiss cut module and tools

The low weight and fast stroke movements enable a particularly high processing speed. The module also impresses with its easy operation, fast tool changes and high precision. Depending on the application, two processing modes are available: In pressure mode, a constant, adjustable pressure between 0.3 and 1.6 kg is applied to the material so that the top layers of self-adhesive films are precisely separated without damaging the carrier material. In position mode, the tool lowers to the preset depth and cuts through the material completely.

Ideal for processing self-adhesive films.

Cutting top layers without damaging the substrate.

Very high processing speed.

Quality-tested Zünd tools for maximum reliability.

SonicZ ultrasonic cutting tool by eurolaser for precise cutting and welding of textiles and films

Ultrasonic cutting

SonicZ ultrasonic cutting tool

Ultrasonic technology uses high-frequency vibrations to generate heat. This makes it easy to implement applications that require line and spot welding. Typical areas of application include the processing of textiles, films and back-injected plastic parts, such as prismatic, reflective materials (emergency call boxes and traffic signs). Ultrasonic cutting is therefore an ideal addition for special textiles and films.

Clean cut edges and high speed.

No product residue on the ultrasonic knife.

Ultrasonic cutting, line and spot welding.

Long-lasting blades with low maintenance requirements.

Edge trimming for material relaxation

Edge Trimming Tool

Heavily woven textile edges can hinder precise laser cutting, causing the material to curl on the working area and resulting in distortion. Edge trimming can remedy this problem. Since the laser would melt the edge during trimming and thus maintain the tension, we have developed a mechanical tool (cold cut) for this purpose: the Edge Trimming Tool. It cuts the edge on one or both sides, enabling distortion-free laser cutting. Slitting (cutting) of the textile web is also possible. Can only be used with the Feeding Unit and Conveyor System.

Optimal laser cutting precision despite interwoven edges.

Suitable for slitting textile webs.

Single- or double-sided trimming parallel to the laser process.
