Adapt the feed to your working pace

All conveyor systems enable the fully automatic processing of textiles. First of all, the material is transported onto the work surface directly from the roll and positioned accurately. The material transport is then triggered by completion of the cutting process. The processed material is then fed onto the table extension for removal. A new cutting process then starts at the same time. This is the current workflow.
But how can it be ensured that both processes, i.e. material removal and cutting, can be stopped simultaneously?

To make this possible, the option „remote paging enable (RPE)“  for the material feed was designed.

This provides you with the following benefits:

• Optimized work processes
• Simultaneous operation of several laser systems possible
• Increased user-friendliness

This function is most useful for all processes where removal of the cut material takes longer than the cutting procedure.

The feed is then suspended until the operator has fully removed the material. If the operator is responsible for several laser systems at the same time, this technology also proves very beneficial. This is because the work rhythm of each individual system is not always necessarily considered in the overall workflow. However, with the new option operators can adapt the cutting processes of the laser systems precisely to their rhythm.

This new technology is integrated into all conveyor systems with immediate effect. It is also available for all customers as retrofit kit. Just get in touch!
