Extensive material testing before you purchase
Every desired laser application is analysed in advance in the eurolaser Application Center and the cutting and engraving behaviour tested under real working conditions. The results of these practical tests are evaluated by our technicians and application engineers and recorded in detail in a test report. This report together with the product sample is more often than not the basis of the decision to purchase a eurolaser cutting system. Whereby product and application security and reliability already play a vital role in this early phase.
Individual planning before assembly
Right at the beginning of every project - as soon as the order is received - we check when we can give you a binding delivery date for the laser system. This enables the customer ordering the system to make all the necessary internal arrangements. The moving system is tested directly at Zünd well in advance to ensure it meets our high quality standards. Our installation and service team are also involved at this early stage and times are agreed with them - because we leave nothing to chance.
Extensive function testing before delivery
The laser system that has been ordered comes to life backstage in a multi-stage production process. Long before the agreed delivery date the system is put through numerous function and safety tests in order to ensure it meets our internal quality requirements and lives up to the results of the test report. To be more precise: The laser system is put through its paces before it leaves the production hall. Not until final approval of all tests has been given does the shipping department start its work.
