Polyester table ad banner

Task:

A printed textile table banner is to be cut accurately directly from the roll. The printed fiducial marks are to be detected by the CCD camera in order to determine the position of the material.

A conveyor system is to be used to automate material transport onto the processing area.

Remarks:

The conveyor system for the laser system XS-610 is optional and can be easily integrated into the static system at any time and removed from it as well. eurolaser has filed a patent application for this technology.

Conclusion:

The material is unrolled directly from the roll and transported onto the laser system.

Using optical camera recognition the fiducial marks can be accurately read by the laser system and the position of the material to be processed can be determined with precision. In addition dimensions can be compensated thanks to intelligent analysis of the position marks. This helps optimisation or adjustment to the required dimensional accuracy.

The printed material is cut precisely and contact-free, i.e. without material distortion. Thus the task is met excellently.
