Since its establishment almost 5 years ago, the running shoe manufacturer Lunge has been using a eurolaser system to cut their high-quality running shoes. With regard to shoe manufacturing, Lunge places great importance on excellent material quality and the best possible processing. The shoes are therefore a hit due to the optimum running comfort they guarantee.
Modified tasks and changes in the manufacturing process represent new challenges for the existing laser system. Two years ago, eurolaser launched Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which takes care of customer requests. Apart from analysing existing work processes and identifying new markets and areas of potential, the aim is to optimise use the systems together with the customer and to eliminate weak points.
