Material processing:
• high bandwidth of possible materials
- The number of materials from which to choose is enormous, from ‘A’ as in
Acrylics to ‘W’ as in Wood.
• Flexibility in the choice of geometry and
contour - very large contours can be built as well as small, filigree
and complicated details. Changes can be made quickly and easily via software.
• excellent precision and reproduction
- The excellent controllability of the process allows minimal cutting clefts
and a repeatability accuracy of ±0,02 mm
• high working speed - Cutting and engraving
speeds are between 1-1000 mm/sec and are improving permanently.
Process management:
• easy operation via PC and software
- all standard CAD and graphic data formats can be processed.
• minimal set-up time - There is no need
to clamp the piece you are working on. Time-consuming positioning is a thing
of the past!
• no pre- or post-processing - The cutting
edge has a very good surface finish and the top side is free of scratches.
• minimal influence on the material -
no-contact processing allows no force effects. The zone influenced through
heat is minimal and the material structure remains.
Transparent costs:
The cost of maintenance per year for the components does not normally exceed
1-1,5% of the investment cost. No tooling costs are incurred, as there is
no wear and tear on the laser point. The installed ”sealed-off" laser technology
is absolutely maintenance-free.
Convenient working conditions:
Waste and noise levels are much lower than at most conventional machines.
