The quality policy in our company has been verbalised by both the company management and our staff and is regularly reviewed in the course of the management assessment with all parties regarding adequacy and efficiency and continuously improved.

The quality policy considers all customer expectations and requirements, contains the obligation of all company levels for meeting of defined demands, takes care for continuous improvement and forms the basis for the definition and review of quality targets.

The quality policy is the guideline for all members of staff on how to perform their work. The company management is responsible for the quality policy being announced, understood and executed in the whole company.

Quality starts in your mind and in your soul

In order to meet all customer requirements entirely, quality can not and must not be limited solely to the materials and accessories for the production of our laser cutting and engraving systems. A successful implementation of requirements is based on the performance of each single member of staff. The quality of our products can be and is continuously improved on all levels due to our employees´ courage for offering positive criticism and their creative urge forward.

                                Quality must be lived and experienced. It is a value in itself.

Furthermore we ensure that quality and production relevant activities are continuously planned, controlled and monitored. By this we meet the defined requirements that we receive with customer specifications, regulations (for example DIN EN ISO 9001:2008) or other provisions.
