High-Speed marking on anodised aluminium

Anodized and coloured anodized aluminium are ideal for inscribing or marking with the CO2 laser. During processing the very hard approx. 8 - 30 mm protective anodic coating is not completely removed. The image contrast is created by changes in colour in the oxide layer and results in very clear markings especially where dark anodized aluminium is concerned. Scanner systems such as the QuickMark are particularly well-suited for these laser inscriptions:

  • Detail accuracy and long-lasting markings
  • Low maintenance requirements (sealed-off CO2 laser)
